• Connect and view your bank accounts, pensions, and investment portfolios
• Track your net worth and financial performance
• View analytics and insights about your wealth
• Monitor performance against inflation

Lunar provides read-only access to your financial accounts. We do not initiate transactions or move money on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To use Lunar, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Financial Information

Lunar aggregates financial data from third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of financial data
• Data may be delayed or temporarily unavailable
• You should verify important financial information with your financial institutions

5. Not Financial Advice

Lunar is an informational tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Lunar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Lunar integrates with third-party services to retrieve your financial data. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or data
• Financial losses based on information in the App

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.
