Delete Account
Account Deletion Options
You have two options to delete your account:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
You can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the Lunar app
- Go to Settings → Account
- Select Request Account Deletion
- Follow the confirmation steps
Option 2: Support Ticket
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
- Email: support@lunarportfolio.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address in the request
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account is deactivated immediately after you request deletion
- Full deletion is scheduled after a 30-day grace period, during which you may recover your account if the request was made by mistake
- After the grace period, Lunar purges user-scoped account, portfolio, banking, Trading212, crypto, pension, NS&I, settings, and subscription records from active systems
- Remaining backup copies are removed in line with normal backup rotation
- Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, or regulatory compliance
