Delete Account
Account Deletion Options
You have two options to delete your account:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
You can delete your account directly from within the app:
- Open the Lunar Portfolio app
- Navigate to your Profile
- Select "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation steps
Option 2: Support Ticket
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by contacting our support team:
- Email: support@lunarportfolio.com
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include your registered email address in the request
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your personal data and portfolio information will be permanently deleted
- Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes as required by government regulations
- This action cannot be undone
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
